Custom production – From prototype to serial production

In our production, we have, among other things, two 3-axis CNC milling machines and butt welding machines up to 6 meters.

At our Esbjerg location, we have modern production facilities where we can assist you, whether you are in the planning phase or have finished production drawings and are looking for a reliable production partner.
We have invested in several large machines and continuously work to develop our production facilities with modern technologies. As a result, we are often used as a sparring partner in various projects.
Our broad expertise allows us to determine what is cost-effective and what is not. Of course, we provide you with competent advice before we start production.
We are specialize in custom production of individual components.
If you need a prototype for the early stages of a project, we can certainly assist with that as well. Our expertise in plastic design and construction enables us not only to handle production but also to serve as a sparring partner in the development of your prototype.
We also work with customers who require custom-made products in very small batches for various reasons. No task is too big or too small for us, and we can help whether you need support in the development process or simply need your product manufactured.
Long-term partnerships – Optimized production
We collaborate with several customers in long-term partnerships for ongoing production. In some cases, we set up dedicated areas within our production facilities specifically for these components. This allows us to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and create a more cost-effective solution for our customers.

The production process from start to finish:
With our in-house production in Esbjerg, we can follow your products from design to finished product. This ensures high quality as we make sure that all quality procedures are followed from start to finish.
If it involves ongoing production of a large number of products, we also have partners both domestically and internationally who are ready to assist.
Sometimes, our collaboration starts even before the production phase if your product requires what we call "production maturation." Here, we contribute our expertise in welding and plastics to help find the right materials and welding methods that allow the product to be produced efficiently and in consistent, high quality.
